Exhibition #4 Summer in the City
Show dates: Wednesday, July 2 – Saturday, August 23, 2025
Theme:
It’s Summer and it’s time to showcase what that means to you!
ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: This Exhibition is open to Members and Non Members of the Cumming Arts Center.
Entry fee – Members: $25 you can submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork.
Non-Members: $40 you can submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork
ALL MEMBERS will automatically be juried into exhibit. ALL Non-Members will be notified of acceptance within 1 week of submission.
There are 3 categories: 2D, 3D and Photography – Each category will have a 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Cash Prize and Honorable Mentions.
Note: Only 3 pieces of artwork can be submitted and can go into any of the three categories.
This is a Juried, Judged and awarded event. Please refrain from showcasing religious, nudity, or controversial content in your works.

IMPORTANT EXHIBITION DATES:
Submissions open online – Friday, June 6
Submissions Deadline: June 22 – 11:59PM
Sunday, June 29, 12pm – 4pm Drop off new artwork / Pickup from previous exhibit.
Monday, June 30, 11am – 1pm Drop off new artwork / Pickup from previous exhibit.
Reception and Awards presented July 12 – 12pm –3pm
Removal: Sunday August 24, 12pm – 4pm and Monday August 26th 11am – 3pm
WORK ELIGIBILITY: ● Entries must be original, Photography, 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional fine art ● Photos of your artwork must be less than 2mg to upload. ● Entrants may submit up to three (3) entries. ● There is no age limit on when works were created. ● No sawtooth hangers will be accepted. All thin 3/4 “- 1/2″ canvases must be framed. ● All gallery wrapped canvases 1-1/2″-2″ must have painted and finished edges ● Accepted works need to include identification on the back, stating: Title, Artist’s Name, Medium, Size, Email Address, Cell Phone number, and Price, if for sale. ● Works submitted to any exhibit at The Cumming Arts Center should be displayed for the duration of the show – if your artwork requires early removal then a substitute must be supplied. ● In the event of a sale, The Cumming Arts Center will receive 25% commission. Please price your artwork accordingly. ● By submitting your artworks, you have agreed on letting the CAC use images of your work(s) for promotional purposes only in all our social media channels and venues. ● By your submission of work(s) you agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability of Art
