Theme:
Inspiration can strike anywhere and take on many forms. What (or who) inspires you?
ARTIST ELIGIBILITY: This Exhibition is open to Members, by Invitation Only, who have volunteered 12 hrs or more in 2025
Entry fee – Members with a minimum of 12 qualifying volunteer hours are free and can submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork.
IF you have not volunteered 12 hours or more this year. then you may submit through the usual methods and pay $25 for (3) pieces of artwork

Submissions open online – Saturday, October 4
Entry Deadline: October 19 – 11:59 PM
Sunday, October 26, 12 pm – 4 pm Drop off new artwork / Pickup from previous exhibit.
Monday, October 27, 11 am – 1 pm Drop off new artwork / Pickup from previous exhibit.
Removal: Sunday, January 12th, 2025 1 pm – 4 pm
WORK ELIGIBILITY: ● Entries must be original and for sale, Photography, 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional fine art – NO reproductions are allowed● Photos of your artwork must be less than 2 MB to upload. ● Entrants may submit up to three (3) entries. ● There is no age limit on when works were created. ● NO photographic metal prints unless within a frame OR sawtooth hangers will be accepted. ●All canvases must be properly framed, unless it is 1 1/4” deep gallery wrapped with painted edges and no visible staples. ● Accepted works must include identification on the back, stating: Title, Artist’s Name, Medium, Size, Email Address, Cell Phone number, and Price. This can be a business card or our tags online ● Works submitted to any exhibit at The Cumming Arts Center should be displayed for the duration of the show – No change outs ● In the event of a sale, The Cumming Arts Center will receive 25% commission. ● Please price your artwork accordingly. ● Payments will be sent out in the first week of the month. ● By submitting your artworks, you have agreed to let the CAC use images of your work(s) for promotional purposes only in all our social media channels and venues. ● By submission of your work(s) you agree to the online Waiver and Release of Liability of Art.
