2025 Christmas Festival Vendor Waitlist Application
THIS ONLINE FORM IS FOR signing up for the 22nd Annual Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival waitlist. Once form is complete and submitted you will receive an email confirmation. If booth space becomes available the Christmas festival committee will contact you with details. Print Festival Guidelines for your records.

Table and Chair Rentals (optional) Rental Payments will be due with booth fees.

Booth and Electricity Request (Booth and Electricity fees will be due upon acceptance)

Below is a list of booth space sizes and cost. You may request a particular booth size, etc., but due to waitlist your request is not guaranteed.

Notification

You will receive an email notification once your waitlist application is received. If booth space becomes available, you will receive a call from a festival committee member with details. If you accept booth space availability, you will receive an email with a link to submit your booth and any other additional fees based on your requests above.

REFUND POLICY

If your waitlist request is accepted and booth fees are paid in full, note there will be NO REFUNDS AFTER August 13 if you choose to cancel.

I have read & fully understand all the terms and conditions of the festival information and guidelines, registration, parking, and application information and if accepted, creates a binding contract between me and any entity through which I shall conduct business concerning SAA Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech.

Sawnee Association of the Arts d.b.a. Cumming Arts Center and the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College, its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any vendor/exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate effects, including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under SAA Christmas Art & Crafts Festival activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold Sawnee Association of the Arts d.b.a. Cumming Arts Center and the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College, its agents, employees and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss. I have read, understand, and accept the event information, show guidelines, registration information, parking information, and application information for SAA Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech.
