  Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech

This grand event is being held on Nov. 11th & 12th at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College, a secure, indoor facility located at 3410 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Cumming GA 30041. conveniently located just east off Ga-400, exit 13 and behind the The Collections of Forsyth outdoor mall. 

The Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech is one of the largest indoor/outdoor arts and crafts festival in Forsyth County, 

This juried Festival will feature original, handcrafted works by professional artisans & craftsmen in the following mediums: painting, drawing, mixed media, pottery, wood working, glass, fiber art and food.

Attractions during the festival include:

the Elf Corner, a special shop where only kids can shop! Elves will help them choose gifts for friends and family; gift wrapping included.

the Festival of Trees Shop; 1ft to 4ft trees fully decorated by local artists.

Photos with Santa! Parents can capture their children’s special visit with Santa using their own cameras for a small donation, along with photo opportunities in Santa’s Sleigh. Food vendors will be available outside.

 

 
 
 

 

Note to vendors:

Before Applying: Please know this is a juried show. All merchandise must be 100% handcrafted. SAA does not allow any commercial vendors;  no buy/sell; Merchandise made from Kits; Store-bought components used in conjunction with vinyl cutting, embroidery or laser machines. Please read the festival guidelines before applying.

2023 Christmas Festival Vendor Application for Credit Card Payments
THIS ONLINE FORM IS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. If you wish to pay by check, please print Festival Guidelines, along with the Application Instructions and Application, and mail it (address on application form) along with the five required photographs and checks. All applications must be submitted online or mailed and received no later than June 13, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. Print Festival Guidelines and Application Instructions for your records. When you complete the form and click on the "Submit" button, you will be directed to PayPal to process your payment. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, scroll down and click on "Pay by Debit/Credit Card" button option to bypass the PayPal account sign in.

Table and Chair Rentals (optional) Rental Payments will be due with booth fees.

Booth and Electricity Request (Booth and Electricity fees will be due upon acceptance)

Notification

You will receive an email notification once your application is processed. If you do not receive an email within 10 days, please contact SAA at SaaChristmasFest@gmail.com or 678-936-6422. If accepted, you will receive an email notification with a link to submit you booth and any other additional fees based on your requests above. Acceptance/decline notifications will be sent by July 13th. If, due to availability, we cannot fulfill your booth requests, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or you may withdraw your application. This online application form is for credit card payments only. If you wish to pay by check, please print Festival Guidelines and Application Instructions and Application Form, and mail it (address on application form) along with the five required photographs and checks.

Application Fee of $30.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) is due now with your application.

REFUND POLICY

Prior to July 13th, a full refund will be given, less the $30.00 non-refundable application fee. Any cancellation after July 13 will incur a $100.00 processing fee, in addition to the $30.00 non-refundable application fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER August 13.

I have read & fully understand all the terms and conditions of the festival information and guidelines, registration, parking, and application information and if accepted, creates a binding contract between me and any entity through which I shall conduct business concerning SAA Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech.

Sawnee Association of the Arts d.b.a. The Cumming Arts Center and the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College, its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any vendor/exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate effects, including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under SAA Christmas Art & Crafts Festival activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold Sawnee Association of the Arts d.b.a. The Cumming Arts Center and the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College, its agents, employees and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss. I have read, understand, and accept the event information, show guidelines, registration information, parking information, and application information for SAA Christmas Arts & Crafts Festival at Lanier Tech.
