Children’s Art Workshop

This exciting workshop explores a wide range of art techniques: line drawing, shading (including cross-hatching), texturing, value scales, perspective drawing, and shape-based collages.
• Teaches the fundamentals of color theory: color wheel, primary and secondary colors, warm and cool tones, hue, value, and saturation.
• Includes creative projects like sketching everyday objects, outdoor drawing, abstract and still life painting, as well as geometric and monochromatic designs.
• Incorporates design challenges such as creating covers for books, movies, or theatre, and using art to express mood or conceal a word within a piece.
The great thing about this workshop? Flexible dates!! Whether you choose a 6, 8, or 10 session or 1 individual class, you can choose your preferred dates.
LEVEL: Beginner – Intermediate

DATES: Every Monday Starting September 8th thru December 15th

COST: 6 Class Sessions: $168.00 Per Person
8 Class Sessions: $216.00 Per Person
10 Class Session: $260.00 Per Person
1 Individual Class: $35.00 Per Person
2 Individual Classes: $70.00 Per Person
MATERIAL FEES: Class Sessions: $20.00 per person paid directly to the instructor on first day via Exact Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Individual Classes: Materials included.
MATERIALS: Paper, pencils, graphite, acrylic paint, and any other materials needed for class. NOTE: Those registering for a session will also receive a sketchbook to keep.
