Marbling for Fun

Instructor: Neha Bhatt

Marbling is an age-old technique of print making. The oldest form of marbling called Suminagashi originated in Japan in the 12th century.
Water marbling is a fun way to suspend paints over thickened water and create patterns to marble paper, ceramics and fabrics like cotton and silk.
In this workshop participants will use different tools provided to them to create their own unique pattern and transfer them on watercolor paper and on a square silk scarf.
