Some may even be curious to just learn how to draw, having never done art before. All drawing lessons are designed to take each student’s current skill level to the next level of accuracy and realism. For students attending recurring workshops, lessons are provided to continue skill-building and working off of previous lessons.
In drawing workshops, students will learn about the various methods for drawing accurately, and the benefits of measuring. Students will also learn how to shade for realism, and to tie objects to the whole composition to feel three-dimensional, all while creating a meaningful work of art that are wall worthy for every student.
Drawing workshops focus on what is considered dry mediums. Students will be introduced to pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, pastel and occasionally and pen & ink (recurring students only). Multiple mediums are available in each class.
