The Cumming Arts Center is located in the historic Brannon-Heard house built in 1907. The building has a rich past with numerous spirits that linger within its walls. Experience the charm and mystery of this beautiful building located in the heart of downtown Cumming.

Inner Light Paranormal team has conducted over ten separate investigations at the Art Center. Each investigation was completed with incredible evidence. Your experienced team will lead you on a two-and-a-half hour investigation complete with state-of-the-art- paranormal equipment. The evening includes a fifteen minute introduction from an Art Center volunteer to give a brief history of the house and a brief talk by Inner Light Paranormal showing video evidence from past investigations, along with explaining the equipment used to investigate.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Contact the Cumming Arts Center/SAA at 678-936-6422 to transfer tickets to new name. If guest/s need to change tour dates please note it will be based on availability.

Sawnee Association of the Arts d.b.a. Cumming Arts Center public ghost tour includes stairs and other hazards. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to your person or property regardless of severity, and you release the venue, Brannon-Heard house owners, Cumming Arts Center, Sawnee Association of the Arts, Inner Light Paranormal investigators, its agents, officers, employees and representatives from any and all liability resulting from the negligence of the venue and its owners, agents, officers, employees and representatives. You agree to indemnify and hold Brannon-Heard house owners, Cumming Arts Center/Sawnee Association of the Arts, Inner Light Paranormal investigators, the venue, agents, officers, employees and representatives harmless from and against any liability resulting from the negligence of the venue. This indemnification obligation shall not include the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Brannon-Heard owners, Cumming Arts Center, Sawnee Association of the Arts, Inner Light Paranormal investigators, its agents, officers, employees and representatives. You certify that you are in good health and able to undertake and engage in the range of tour activities in which you choose to participate. This waiver, release and indemnification agreement includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of (a) use of all amenities and equipment in the venue and your participation in any activity, (b) sudden unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment and (c) slipping or falling while in the venue or on the venue premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver, release, and indemnification agreement and fully understand that it is a release of liability. For yourself, your heirs, executors and assigns you acknowledge, assume and accept the risks inherent in attending a ghost tour/hunt at the Brannon-Heard house/Cumming Arts Center.
