We all need to relieve stress. This beginning to advanced course focuses on the process of painting to relieve stress. In the course, students will learn the process to paint from photographs/life/imagination. The course focuses on the fun, relaxing process not the product. However, Students will learn how to take their paintings and make cards/bookmarks

Material List
- 140 lb. watercolor paper. I prefer sheets to blocks. Arches, Fabriano.
- Watercolor tube paints: cobalt-blue, permanent rose or cadmium red, aureolin yellow or cadmium yellow. Black, peach black by Holbein or Paynes gray.
- Watercolor or acrylic brushes: #12, #6, and a script liner. (rounds), flats ½ to 1 inch angled flat, palate knife or credit card for scraping, paper towels, roll of toilet tissue for blotter, water container, masking tape. Foam core board to mount paper.
