Just to know let you a little about myself. I grew up in the charming Southern town of historic Roswell. After graduating from high school, I attended Young Harris College in the mountains of North Georgia where I began my art education. I then went on to travel the world while serving in the Navy for 6 years. Once completing my military career in 1988, I decided to return to my roots of North Georgia. I currently reside in Coal Mountain with my wife, MJ and dog, Bridgit.
As a lover of nature, animal and architecture, I enjoy painting my surroundings. Having visited many breath-taking places around the world, I am still most impressed by the beauty of the landscapes of southern architecture. My favorite setting to recreate would be a pasture filled with horses or cows and an old barn structure. I also enjoy painting pet portraits capturing the personality of our furry little friends. Ultimately, I want to create a piece of art that my client feels a part of, whether it is a special place to them or somewhere they would like to be. With a history of furniture making, I also enjoy constructing the perfect frame, which is a piece of art within itself, to compliment my artwork.
